What kind of events can we host?

Launch parties, brand activations, private dinners, listening nights, showcases and intimate after-hours. We fit up to 150 standing across the house and terrace, or smaller seated formats in the lounge.

In Alfama, at Rua Leite de Vasconcelos 3A, 1170-197 Lisboa. Five minutes on foot from Santa Apolónia station, with parking and a taxi rank nearby.

What is included in the rental?

Sound system, lighting, projector, bar setup, terrace access, furniture layout and a host on the night. Aftermovie and recap photography are available on request.

Can we take over the whole Residence?

Yes. The full house takeover includes the DJ booth, lounge, podcast studio as a green room, and terrace. We build a run-of-show with you and stay on hand until the last guest leaves.

How do we get a quote?

Send a brief with date, headcount and vibe. We reply within the hour with a flat rate and a proposed layout.

Can we book at the weekend?

Weekends by appointment for private events.

285 m² over two floors: Lounge, event floor, terrace, studios and desks under one roof.
Up to 150 standing: Across the house for a standing reception. 25 seated in the lounge for a dinner or a talk.
Terrace: Open-air break-out over the Alfama rooftops, smoking area and side conversations.
DJ booth: CDJs, mixer and a lit booth. Your DJ or ours.
Podcast studio: A working studio in the house. Green room by default, recording room on request.
Photo and video production: Three Sony FX3 cinema cameras and an engineer, through Kreators by bridgr.
Coworking and meeting areas: Desks and gigabit for the team before doors, or a day base during the week.
Sound, lights, projector, bar setup: PA, mics, light plot, back bar and glassware are already in the house.
Host on site: Someone from the team runs the night with you, from build to last guest.
